    Villa Potenziani, with its beautiful garden and natural park, is located 500 meters on the top of Colle San Mauro since 1778.The enviable panoramic view of which enjoys ranges from Valle Oracola to monumental crenellated walls of the ancient Reate overlaid by the splendid Monte Terminillo.

    It was the hunting residence of the Potenziani family, even if the definition is rather reductive, always having been a magnificent structure, made precious with frescoes, decorations, artistic friezes and stucco work.
